Summer School is a classic 80s movie about love, growing up and needing to make up classes because you suck at school. It stars a teacher and a group of young students until Anna-Marie completely steals the show.

Okay, so NFES was barely in Not Another Teen Movie (the last of the barable parodies), but who cares? She 100% not only makes this list, but is one of the hottest girls to ever play a foreign exchange student.
Also, she had absolutely perfect bitches (more so than any other exchange student on the list, arguably, feel free to argue) and was so hot that she was cast in a movie where her ONLY ROLE WAS TO BE NAKED. Casting for that must've been great. Come to think of it, casting for that must've been EPIC.

Moving on... Marybeth was an Alien from a Foreign planet, and when she decided to walk around the school naked after a dip in the pool, NOBODY complained, no matter whast species she was.

Gretchen (played by Juleah Weikel) is undeniably a bitch (which is why she's on this list, because who doesn't like a little abuse).
The kicker: She's a hot Russian art student with piercings all over her body.
100 women (also known as Girl Fever) is the worst of the 3 Michael Davis romantic comedies, but it's still better than the average Kate Hudson fare.
Gretchen makes the list for being a bad ass, not giving a damn and wearing bras (only bras) through some of the movie.

Dominique - D.E.B.S.
In D.E.B.S., a movie about a super team of hot teenage girls who are also super spies, it isn't exactly "difficult" to find a hot girl, but the promiscuous, foreign and awesome Dominique (played by Devon Aoki here) takes the cake.
She has boys over when she's not allowed to, is the rebel of the group, wears impossibly short skirts and barely speaks.

Ching Chong - Dumb & Dumberer
The character's name was Ching Chong, is that racist? Probably. The main characters think she's retarded because she doesn't speak English well. Is that racist? Probably. She's a hot asian foreign exchange student. Is that racist? No, that's awesome.
Ching Chong is the hottie highlight of an otherwise awful movie so much that she becomes the only reason to keep watching it.
Plus she spends most of the movie making out with the fat kid from She's All That, which means she does something no other girl on this list does: gives us hope.
